On my version, you'll hear the audio play from the scene but no video. In Jak 3 on the final boss, once the final blow is dealt it triggers an on-engine cutscene (like all cutscenes in the game). # CPU options: EE/IOP default, VUs default, speedhacks off, game fixes off.
